Rates per Week for 2008:

1st March to 24th May	£160.00
24th May to 6th September	£185.00
6th September to 27th October	£160.00
27th October to March 2009	£130.00

Prices include bedlinen, towels, electricity (the house is all-electric), and all the usual bathroom and kitchen necesseties.

Period of Let:

Saturday to Saturday, from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposit:

50 per week at the time of booking; the balance to be paid on arrival.
