Fred is a major expert on eclipses; he writes the bulletins for Nasa. His home page is also a superb resource, containing large amounts of eclipse data of all kinds. There are catalogues and maps of eclipses, explanations of what it all means, and guides to viewing and photographing eclipses safely.

SDAC Eclipse Information
Eclipse data direct from Nasa's Solar Data Analysis Center. Includes huge amounts of detailed information, including track data, charts, animations, etc. The eclipse bulletins for 1997 and 1998 are extremely good indeed (1999's isn't out yet).
