The total lunar eclipse of September 28 2015 will be visible over Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
The penumbral eclipse -- the least exciting, and hardest to see part -- will begin at 00:10:18 UT and end at 05:23:56 UT. It will be visible from west Asia and east Africa when it begins around Moonset, then western Africa and most of the Americas, and finally western North America as it ends at around Moonrise. While subtle, the penumbral phases should be visible before and after the partial eclipse as a shading across the Moon.
The partial eclipse will begin at 01:06:50 UT and end over 3 hours later at 04:27:24 UT, and will be visible from a slightly smaller area. The total eclipse lasts for over one hour; it begins at 02:10:44 UT and ends at 03:23:30 UT, with the moment of greatest eclipse at 02:47:07 UT. It is visible over Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
The total eclipse should be a spectacular sight; the Moon will be well within the Earth's shadow, the umbral magnitude being 1.282, and should be deeply coloured by the Earth's atmosphere. Don't miss it!
