Redemption has one gmail invite code for auction, proceeds to the con charities. Bidding opens immediately, and closes at midnight GMT on Sunday 9 May. Please send bids by email to julia.jones@gmail.com preferably from the address you would like the invite code to be sent to if you win the auction.
Current highest bid will be updated from time to time in the announcements section on the Hermit bulletin board.
Payment for the winning bid can be made via a cheque to Redemption, sent to the con address, or via the Hermit webshop. Bids should be in pounds sterling, although payments in other currencies can be accepted via the webshop. Payment should be made within a week of being notified that you are the winning bidder. The invite code will be sent after payment has been received. Note that bidding in the auction implies that you are intending to pay the amount of your highest bid. Please do not bid if you do not intend to honour your obligation.
There is a reserve on this item, significantly less than the current price being fetched on ebay. If the reserve is not met, the auction may be transferred to ebay or the item withdrawn from sale. Similarly, if the reserve is met but the winning bid not paid, the item may be offered to another bidder, transferred to ebay, or withdrawn, at the sole discretion of the donor.
Redemption and the donor reserve the right to refuse bids or withdraw the item.
